Rick joined Essex Realty Group, Inc. in 2021 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the North Side of Chicago. Rick has facilitated the sale of over $320M in multifamily real estate sales, including approximately 2,000 apartment units since beginning his brokerage career in 2016. Prior to his real estate career, Rick enjoyed seven years of teaching U.S. history and mathematics in the northern suburbs and north side of Chicago. Rick’s ability to empathize with his clients allows him to develop a deep understanding of their business goals.
Outside of Brokerage, Rick happily spends his time raising his three young children with his wife Jenny.
Rick earned his degree in Psychology graduating with distinction for his research in neuropsychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He later earned his Masters in Teaching from National-Louis University.
