Rick Ofman joined Essex Realty Group, LLC in 2021 and specializes in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties on the North Side of Chicago.
Since beginning his brokerage career in 2016, he has facilitated over $374M in multifamily sales totaling approximately 2,121 apartment units. Prior to his real estate career, Rick enjoyed seven years of teaching U.S. history and mathematics in the northern suburbs and north side of Chicago. Rick’s ability to empathize with his clients allows him to develop a deep understanding of their business goals.
Outside of Brokerage, Rick happily spends his time raising his three young children with his wife Jenny.
Rick earned his degree in Psychology graduating with distinction for his research in neuropsychology at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He later earned his Masters in Teaching from National-Louis University.
